Last Lap

“Operator are you there?” PL asked the Operator.

“Yes, yes the sabotage is almost complete.” Operator responded. With his gun in his hands, he was focused on the mission ahead of him.

“You are on the final stretch, complete this mission and the credits will be transferred into your account,” PL replied. 

I knew the sabotage was easy enough, I needed better equipment and luckily this mission popped up for me. I walked up the last canister of the lava and began to tip it over. The heat of the canister was trying to penetrate my shields reminding me of the days I spent working in labs like these. Trying to make lava powered weapons was no joke and I still have the burns on my hands to prove how painful it truly is.

“That’s it, sabotage complete,” PL said. “You have earned your credits today, Operator.”
